Our projects range from complex commercial builds and infrastructure, to high-end architectural homes and multi-unit developments, all of which we then manage and maintain. Our team is always working on something varied and interesting.
Professional Development
We’re committed to investing in our people, and growing the future of our industry. This means we offer a range of professional development opportunities including: leadership training, membership to professional networking groups, and MATES in Construction training, alongside the traditional PGDB, IQP, and Associated Tradesperson licences.
Great Culture and Team Events
As a team, we work hard to maintain our positive culture by taking the time to get to know our workmates. The Aquapro Social Club gets together often for fun and food, and annual event highlights include our team Golf Day and hard-fought ping-pong and pool competitions.
Support
We want to ensure our people feel safe, rewarded, and supported to do their best work. The Aquapro team can access support through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), the Master Plumbers Mental Health and Wellness support, and the MATES programme.
Apprenticeships
Aquapro has a strong tradition of training and growing apprentices, many of our current Team Leaders started their apprenticeships with us.
We invest in our people and reward hard work with training opportunities such as additional qualifications and personal development courses.
