Managing Director and Co-owner, Certifying Plumber

With 20 years in the industry, 15 of those founding and running Aquapro, Keith leads our pursuit of excellence. A Master Plumber, Keith has incredible knowledge of the Christchurch construction sector, paired with business management and financial expertise. Leading by example, Keith oversees all operations and builds close relationships with our team and clients.

Martin Eade

Operations Manager - Plumbing and Gas, Certifying Plumber and Gas Fitter

Martin has been part of the Aquapro team for over 10 years, and in the Plumbing and Gas industry for 40 years. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and highly skilled. There’s no job too complex for Martin, from major commercial projects to high end residential. Martin has efficiently overseen numerous projects for Aquapro including numerous FENZ fire station projects and He Puna Taimoana New Brighton Hot Pools.

Allan Waldron

Drainage Manager, Certified Drainlayer

Allan heads our Drainage and Civil division, bringing 35 years of Drainage experience to Aquapro. With extensive expertise across civil and earthworks, his skill set and vast experience contributes to our ability to Design, Build, and Maintain large drainage and infrastructure projects. His portfolio of work includes the Westfield Albany and Hamilton City Council Peacocke Southern Gullies infrastructure projects.

George Winter

Maintenance Manager, Registered Plumber

From planning the testing of assets for significant multi-location customers, to running our planned and reactive maintenance programmes with 24/7 response availability, George and his team keep Facility Managers and tenants protected. George ensures all maintenance tasks from tap washer changes, to large scale commercial malls, hotels, and farms, are taken care of effectively, with solutions to prevent future issues.

Paul Morris

Estimator, Certifying Plumber, Registered Drainlayer

Paul has great experience in scoping and pricing residential and commercial works. He’s skilled at identifying potential value-engineering opportunities to support winning tenders. By creating detailed, accurately measured, takeoffs, Paul ensures there’s no surprises once the work is underway. Communication is key, and Paul makes sure our customers and team are kept informed at every step of the project.

Juergen Jakobi

Estimator and Project Manager, Certifying Plumber

Juergen brings over 45 years of commercial and residential experience to our team. He designs, builds, and maintains, plumbing systems with a complex understanding of technical hydraulic services. Ensuring an exceptional result from start to finish, Juergen led our team on the Wyndham Gardens Hotel project; providing design advice, execution, and after care service.

Jody Beaton

Office Manager and Health and Safety Manager

Looking after our team, fleet, accounts, payroll, compliance, documentation, and warranties is no small feat, but Jody does it all with a smile. As our Health and Safety Lead, Jody holds regular toolbox talks, ensuring a high level of safety and compliance on site, and supporting Aquapro to consistently achieve 100% SiteWise Gold.

Business Administration and Co-owner

Rochelle supports the governance of Aquapro, direction of the business, marketing, and community partnerships. As a Licensed Building Practitioner and Architectural Designer, she brings not only design insight to our team, but BIM and CAD capabilities. Rochelle also brings valuable insight into construction trends and local authority processes.

Ryan D’Ath

Business Development Manager

Experienced in identifying growth opportunities, building key relationships, and driving performance, Ryan plays a key role in the Aquapro team. Backed by strong skills in strategic planning and execution, Ryan has driven growth and improved financial performance at well-known businesses. He’s highly skilled and experienced, holding two Bachelors degrees, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and currently studying part-time towards a Doctorate.
